ECOALF
Ecoalf was born in 2009.The idea was to create a fashion brand that is truly sustainable.
The concept arises from the frustration with the excessive use of the world’s natural resources and the amount of waste produced by industrialized countries. Its founder, Javier Goyeneche, decided to create a sustainable fashion brand and he really created a brand of sustainable fashion and it appeared to me that the way to do so was by stop using our planet’s natural resources in a careless way.
Recycling could be a solution! ECOALF found the need to start creating partnerships with factories in order to develop fabrics, lining, straps, soles, labels and cords using recycled materials. By investing in R+D and traveling the world to identify waste and the ideal manufacturing resources, to carefully built the foundation that would become ECOALF.
