Returns
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date, as long as the items are unused, in perfect condition and with their original tags.
Free in-store returns
No cost
You can bring your return in person to Passeig de Gràcia 118, Barcelona.
Returns by courier
Use the carrier of your choice. We recommend a tracked and insured service; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
How to return your order
1. Email us at contacto@suneonline.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Bring it to the shop in person or arrange the shipment yourself.
3. Protect the item and its original packaging.
4. If you send it by courier, ship it to the address below.
5. Refund within 3-10 working days to the original payment method. If you return the full order within the return period, we also refund the original shipping cost (standard shipping). The cost of sending the return to us is yours, unless the item is defective or the mistake is ours.
